Second time at the Dead Dog. Stacked grouper is great meal to share with your spouse/ date. Shrimp are huge. Atmosphere is hilarious with cartoons on the table. This is on the boardwalk which is super nice walking area & people watching place. Only issue this time was the kitchen did not get our order right, but server followed up quickly & accurately. We will be back again next trip to the grand strand.

Worth the drive down from the boardwalk! Everyone loved their food and service was great. Stacked grouper was a ton of food and excellent flavors. My scallop risotto was cooked perfectly. The blue crab nachos appetizer was amazing. Plus the smoothie made my niece's night!

This is a repeat trip for us here to Dead Dog Saloon. It is a family friendly environment with respect given to many dogs who have most likely past away. This is evident by all the photos of dogs framed on the walls. Very nice tribute I think. The live music was great and the food was tasty. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Hopefully the doors will reopen soon and the virus will be a thing of the past.
